There is a $250 damage deposit required to hold the booking (to confirmed the reservation). The balance is due at least 45 days in advance of check-in and for holiday booking the balance is due at least 60 days in advance of check-in. The damage deposit is returned the day after check out and the unit is cleaned, providing there has been no damage. If you need more information, the dates needed cannot be held or confirmed until payment is made in the form of check.
